Visual direction strategy

I have played softball my whole life and throwing the softball involves visual direction strategy. Visual direction stategy is when the observer keep their body pointed toward a targert. When throwing a baseball or softball your non throwing shoulder faces the target. This shoulder facing the target helps to keep the throw on targert. If you are trying to throw directly infront of you and your shoulder is pointed to the side the ball will not go straight.



Her shoulder is facing the target and the ball will get to the target
