Two-Point Aesthesiometer
The
Two Point Aesthesiometer is useful in determining the two-point threshold of
touch. It measures the degree of sensation, by determining at how short a
distance two impressions upon the skin can be distinguished, and thus to
determine whether the condition of tactile sensibility is normal or altered. The
measure of the degree of tactile sensitivity is called aesthesiometry
