Face Blindness

For the first blog post, I decided to try the face blindness test from faceblind.org. The test shows you a series of pictures of celebrities and you must type in the celebrity's name. After typing in the name, you have to select whether you guessed their identity correctly, or incorrectly. If you guessed incorrectly or did not know who the celebrity was you must choose whether you are familiar with the person or not. Usually, people with an average facial recognition ability score an 85% on this test. However, I only scored 76%. In my defense, some of the pictures were old pictures of the celebrities. For example, Brad Pitt's picture was from the 90's (I was still able to guess that it was him though, because, well, he's Brad Pitt...).
