Being an avid baseball player since I was four years old, it's hard for me not to write about this one. Beep baseball was without a doubt the most intriguing topic the book had to offer for me. In my mid, baseball and softball are already hard enough to make solid contact and to be in the right spot at the right time defensively. To think there are people out there doing this without vision is unreal! It also brings me joy knowing that even with their disabilities, these individuals love the game so much that they have modified the balls and bases to make noises so they can still play! Talk about passion for the game.
